An olive branch
It occurred to me that the general tone of this blog is quite negative. I have a lot of anger and frustration about the topics I post here but i want to be fair. I am know there are good professionals out there in the psychiatric field who actually care and will work hard to help their patients. I;m sure many people have benefited from psychiatric care and I have myself to some extent. So I don't want people's opinion of this site to be me just saying fuck all the doctors. That said the majority of my experiences have been largely negative therefore I will continue to vent when I feel I have a valid complaint. That's really the whole point of why I made this blog, for an outlet for my frustrations not to praise the good work that may being done.

My blog gets pretty crazy negative, weird, sometimes a little amusing, but that's the whole idea, I thought - just to write and post whatever you damn well please. Whatever you feel like at the moment for me sometimes.

thanks for the comment. i tough the background is very appropriate, the other option was Jack Nicholson trapped to the electroshock therapy device in 'Kookoo's Nest'. ya I don;t worry about sounding crazy or too negative because this is for me as much as anyone else as its kind of a stream of consciousness journal that's public. I'm glad it gets some traffic but i don't worry too much about what people think. People either like me or hate me, that's life
